This footage was taken a few days after the 6.9 magnitude earthquake struck Yushu county in Eastern Tibet. Its capital, Jyekundo, was flattened. Wangdrak Rinpoche helped in rescue efforts and is custodian to 35 children who lost their parents in the quake.
